Just get it done! Don’t waste time and put it off by thinking how will I do it and will it be perfect because perfection is an illusion that doesn’t exist, so do things your way. Get going and get it done!

Believe you can achieve your dreams and make them happen! Don’t let set-backs make you doubt your ability or whether you will achieve success, rather use them to push forward and give you the drive to overcome them to make your dreams a reality! Always back yourself!!!

Turn your dillemas into diamonds

We are all energy. Our energy levels are impacted based upon our interactions with others. Positive people and experiences recharge and revitalise our energy. Negative people and our perception of negative experiences drain our energy. Ground and cleanse your energy regularly and remain positive so energy flows in a good direction!

Trust your intuition and don’t second guess it. What you feel and what you sense will guide you in the right direction.

The challenges we experience in our journey serve to strengthen us. Each obstacle we encounter carries a powerful learning lesson. Some challenges are short and some last many years. They will be repeated over and over if you are ignoring them and not resolving issues. After you have come through a challenge, then you can experience a sense of joy and appreciate the good times more. Release past hurts so they don’t impact the present and live your life with happiness and love!

Words carry enormous power in the way you use them. They can either uplift, or bring you down. Positive words motivate you and give you a good feeling, whereas negative words can make you feel down and make you doubt yourself. Use your words to inspire and motivate, it also makes you feel good when you have impacted someone positively with your words of wisdom! Let us spread words of love, courage and hope at all times!

Laugh every day and shift your perspective on your problems. Don’t carry issues in such a serious way as they weigh you down. Worrying never changes the outcome of a problem, rather it attaches anxiety to the problem. There is always a solution to everything. Live, laugh, love and be happy! Laughter uplifts and reenergises you. Spread laughter and love everywhere you go! ❤️

Your thoughts influence your actions and reactions to everything. What you say to yourself becomes your reality, so if you are reinforcing negative beliefs about yourself you will attract negative outcomes and feel negative. We are all gifted and talented in different areas and this is what makes us unique. Issues arise when your expectations are beyond reach because you set the bar so high that it is not attainable or you fear failure or even fear success. Fear can work both ways. It can motivate you or stop you in your tracks from achieving what you want. Be focussed on achieving your goals and dreams. Don’t compare what you are doing with others as we all have different timelines for success and our journeys are all different. Work towards achieving your goals daily but implement balance also. Once you set your mind to achieving your goal, believe in yourself and work towards it you will achieve success. It all starts with the mind and your thoughts generate power to either drive you towards success or hold you back in self doubt and negativity.

You are good enough just the way you are. The only person that ultimately holds yourself back is you, and what you believe. Often when people say mean or negative comments, it is a reflection of themselves merely projecting it onto you. How you interpret what is said to you is how you feel about yourself at that point in time also. If you have low self-esteem or self-doubt, you will believe negative comments made to you. If you truly accept and love yourself just the way you are, you will recognise the negative comments made by others are just that, negative comments made by someone else.

Who you are is amazing and you are enough. We aren’t supposed to be perfect. If we were perfect, there would be no room for mistakes or growth.

Before you criticise someone think long and hard how your words can effect someone emotionally. It takes more effort to be mean and hurtful rather than be nice and uplifting.

Every day do the best that you can and know that you are worthy of all great things the universe has to offer.

Be your own biggest supporter and be happy within yourself because when challenges arise you are the one that is going to be 90% responsible of how you deal with it and how it will impact you and the 10% of help will come from someone else, but ultimately you have to help yourself to resolve the issue and be kind and patient to yourself in the process.  Happiness is also your responsibility and also be mindful of the relationships and friendships in your path.  Ask yourself whether the person or people around you are impacting you in a positive way, are they contributing to your growth or are they serving their own-interests and are one-sided.  Invest time and energy into relationships and friendships that are balanced and add to your happiness, not that they become your source of happiness.  We need to individually be happy within ourselves and then add to others happiness or else we become emotionally dependant on others rather than ourselves.  Being happy is your job, not someone else’s.
